Piotr Kazmierczak df3b00bce0 acl: use WhoAmI RPC endpoint in /acl/token/self (#25547) 
ResolveToken RPC endpoint was only used by the /acl/token/self API. We should migrate to the WI-aware WhoAmI instead.
