canary_meta will be part of 0.10.3 (not 0.10.2)

I assume this is just an oversight. I tried adding the `canary_meta` stanza to an existing v0.10.2 setup (Nomad v0.10.2 (0d2d6e3dc5) and it did show the error message:

```
